IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES AND INFORMATION FOR ALL CHAPTERS

Monthly State Reports are to be sent to the Grand Secretary
Sis. Latrina Porter on the 25th of each month.
Quarterly Reports are due to the Grand Matron Sis. Antoinette Sea on the following dates:

(NO EXCEPTIONS)

Monthly Reports -25th of each month

Quarterly Reports -

1st Qtr - May 15th,

2nd Qtr - August 15th,

3rd Qtr - November 15th,

4th Qtr - February 15th.

Financial books must be closed and outstanding balances due the Grand Chapter must be remitted by November 30th of each year, effective immediately. Elections are held during the Chapter's December Meeting.
